With so many great video games releasing this year, it can be hard to know which titles you should be looking forward to most. But luckily, we can narrow it down to a few games that have been most eagerly awaited.

“Assassins Creed: Odyssey”

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has hit stores in February. Set in Greece during the early years of Ancient Greece, Odyssey follows the origin story of the legendary Spartan hero, Alexios. Players take control of Alexios as he journeys from city-state to city-state, learning, growing, and unlocking new abilities.

“Marvel’s Spider-Man”

Spider-Man is one of the most iconic superheroes ever created. He’s fun, he’s funny, he’s cool, and he’s always getting himself into some kind of trouble. And now, he’ll be the star of his own Spider-Man video game. After the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming, it had already generated a lot of excitement online and in the studios, where developers are building the game.

“Kingdom Hearts III”

Kingdom Hearts III was finally released after years of waiting. With over 20 years of adventures and stories, the Kingdom Hearts series has finally been completed. The Kingdom Hearts series has spanned multiple consoles, and this third installment marks the longest gap in the series. Kingdom Hearts III follows the story of a young boy named Sora who discovers a missing piece of his heart. He learns he is part of a long line of Keyblade wielders, and his journey takes him to a dimension called Traverse Town.

“Call of Duty: Black Ops 5”

The COD series is one of the most popular video games in the world, and the COD series has always pushed the envelope with its gameplay, graphics, and storytelling. This year’s COD game has promised to bring even more to the table with an entirely new story, making it the perfect time to rank the most anticipated COD games.

“Uncharted 5: A Thief’s End”

The countdown to the release of “Uncharted 5: A Thief’s End” begins right now. The fifth installment in the critically acclaimed series, “Uncharted 5,” takes place in a sandbox-style open world full of adventure and surprises.

“Elden Ring”

Elden Ring is an action roleplay game set in a vast fantasy land, where you begin as a powerless character fighting monsters and demigods. You can collect powers and other tokens on the way while moving from one location to another within the game. These collectibles could be Elden Ring Ghost Gloveworts, Grave Gloveworts, Bell Bearings, and Katanas. These items can also be used to get NPCs (non-player characters) to fight for you and help you win the game.

“Sifu”

Sifu uses smarts to seamlessly blend gameplay into real-world challenges that players must overcome, using the techniques they learned from playing the game. For example, if you’re playing Bruce Lee, you’ll use your cinematic fighting style to take on opponents. Still, as you progress, you’ll soon realize that real-life situations call for more strategic, tactical thinking, even if you’re playing someone as iconic as Bruce Lee.

“Horizon Forbidden West”

Zero Dawn’s open world provided the perfect playground for Guerrilla Games to show off its powerful new engine, featuring a dynamic weather system and dynamic day-night cycles. In Horizon: Zero Dawn, players will find themselves in an open world full of mysterious robots, dangerous wildlife, and breathtaking vistas.

One thing is for sure – the video game industry hasn’t stood still. It’s never been hotter, and the industry’s future looks even brighter than it ever has before.
